FAQ

What does Verify mean?

Verify means Carlarity found a signal that needs documentary proof or seller confirmation before you rely on it.

What is the difference between Professional Dealer Benchmark and Carlarity Buyer Value?

The Professional Dealer Benchmark is a valuation reference. Carlarity Buyer Value is buyer-specific guidance that can adjust for risk, condition and report evidence.

Why can a finance agreement appear without Carlarity saying it is outstanding?

Some provider data can show finance-related records without enough evidence to confirm current outstanding finance. Ask for written settlement or clearance evidence.

Why might a report say data is unavailable?

Some provider checks depend on the vehicle, package, source availability and the data returned at the time of the check.

Can Carlarity replace a physical vehicle inspection?

No. Carlarity helps you decide what to check, but it does not replace inspecting the car, verifying documents or using a qualified mechanic.

How do I share a report?

Open the report and use Share report. On supported mobile browsers this opens the native share sheet; otherwise Carlarity copies the report link.
